By creating an account, accessing, or using ideasee, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ideasee regarding the Services.

ideasee is an AI-powered creative platform that allows users to generate images, videos, and other content using artificial intelligence tools. The Services may also include image editing tools, content generation, community features, account management, and other functionality we make available from time to time.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any particular feature or output will always be available or meet your specific requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ideasee is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

ideasee operates on a credit-based model. Certain features consume credits when used. Credits may be purchased through one-time packs or received as part of a subscription plan. Subscription plans may be billed on a monthly or annual basis and automatically renew unless cancelled.

All fees are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices may change from time to time; any changes will be communicated before your next billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits, including unused credits, may expire according to the terms displayed at purchase or as stated in your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Services.

You must not use the Services to generate, upload, share, or distribute content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or discriminatory
• Promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or exploits minors
• Infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Impersonates another person or organization, or misrepresents affiliation
• Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Is designed to manipulate, deceive, or defraud others
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these restrictions.

You retain ownership of the prompts, inputs, and original content you upload to the Services, subject to any third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law and subject to these Terms, you may use the AI-generated outputs from the Services for your personal or commercial projects, subject to our Usage and Content Policies.

Because AI-generated outputs may be influenced by model training data and similar prompts from other users, we cannot guarantee that outputs are unique, original, or free from third-party rights. You are responsible for evaluating whether any output is appropriate for your intended use and for securing any additional rights or licenses that may be required.

You grant ideasee a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely to operate, improve, and support the Services.

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by ideasee or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding except as expressly permitted.

Feedback you provide about the Services may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

If you choose to share content to the ideasee community or other public areas, you grant other users a license to view and interact with that content through the Services. You may remove shared content at any time, but copies may remain in backups or where others have already downloaded or saved it.

Public sharing must comply with our Acceptable Use rules. We may remove shared content or disable sharing features at our discretion.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or if your use creates legal risk or harm to others.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, payment obligations, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will survive.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any output will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your purposes.

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or unintended similarities to existing works. You are solely responsible for how you use outputs generated through the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ideasee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to ideasee in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) AUD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ideasee and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the courts located in Victoria, Australia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers, including AI infrastructure, payment processors, and cloud hosting services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
